Export: Click on export to download the files to your PC in CSV format.
Download the sample: In order to import the CSV file, click on the "Download the sample" button by referring to the given sample you can follow the same format to import your file. Once you click on the "Download sample" button the CSV will be downloaded to your PC.
Click On "Back to Dashboard " redirects to the subscription page.
Download sample fields:
Type: Choose which type of product it is, Whether Subscription/ Lifetime or trial.
Folder: You can enter the folder name here even if it's not created, our application will create the folder if not an existing folder, and your product will be stored in that particular folder.
Category: Select or Add the Category from the existing given list from the dropdown.
Product: Enter the product name, eg: Netflix, Prime video, etc.
Description: Enter a small description of the product. which must not exceed more than 255 characters.
Price: Enter the product price value.
Currency code: Enter your currency code eg: USD, INR, etc.
Payment date: Enter the date in YYYY-MM-DD format. The payment date is equal to your purchase date.
Billing frequency: these are the number of Day, Month, Year, or Week.
Billing cycle: You can set the Day, Month, Year, or Week.
Billing type: You can type "date" This field is similar to the toggle in the billing cycle: "Calculate by date or Calculate by days", if you enter "date" in the field of billing type then your calculation of the billing cycle will be tracked from date to date. For example: if you have a purchase date on the 1st of Jan 2021 and the billing cycle is set to " Calculate by date" then the 1st of every month your subs are scheduled. like 1st of Feb, 1st of March, and so on. if Calculate by days: Then your cycle is tracked by the number of days in the month. you can either keep the field blank if you want the cycle to run on a number of days, if not enter "date".
Discount-Voucher: Here you can add your coupons (work in progress).
Notes: Small notes to yourself, which must not exceed more than 255 characters.
Support details: You can enter your subscription support details, in the form of URL or just text, eg: https:///supportform.com or just the "support form". Just for quick access.
URL: you can Enter the URL of your product.
Tags: Tags can be related to the product, which must not exceed more than 255 characters.
Alert type: Holds "0" for no alerts "1" If you want alerts.
Payment mode: Enter the payment mode name. Eg: Debit card, Credit card.
Alert Profile: You can enter the name of the alert profile that you have created under Settings > settings > Alert Profile. You can create an Alert Profile here
Refund day: You can enter the Refund days like 30 if your product has 30 days of refund policy.
Ltdval_price : Enter the actual price of the product . to know what is ltdval_price please refer this doc: → How to Add Subscriptions -> MRP section.
ltdval_frequency: These are the number of Day, Month, Year, or Week.
ltdval_cycle : You can set the Day, Month, Year, or Week. to know what is ltdval_cycle. please refer this doc: → How to Add Subscriptions -> MRP section.
addon_line_no : You can enter the line number of the product.
Eg : if you have a product at line number 2 "Prime video" and its add-on entred in to any line of the CSV , Than enter the reference number as 2 in the addon_line_no field. (that is line number of the product "Prime Video"). you can refer the screen-shot below.
In CSV please keep the Lifetime product, billing cycle, and billing frequency empty.
When product type is "Lifetime" enter the lifetime amount under "Price" , the actual amount of the lifetime product can be entered in "ltdval_price", its billing cycle can be entered in "ltdval_cycle" and frequency can be entered in "ltdval_frequency".
The upload limit is 250 records only. if you have more than 250 records divide them into 2 halves.
Import: Click on the "Choose file" button to import your CSV.
Click on the "Next" button to check the file format.
Click on the "Next" button to submit your import.
By default, the toggle is in "Draft", before submitting your changes please toggle it to "Active" to directly save your import and add your subs into the calendar.
Click on "Submit " products will be added.
The imported data will be present as shown below :
In CSV please keep the Lifetime product, billing cycle, and billing frequency empty.
Note: The CSV fields are Case-sensitive please check your fields before importing, Or refer to the download sample.
