Subscription:

Here will show you the overview of subshero application

Subscription Tab :

Under subscription tab you can view all the products you added in the below table form . you can click on small arrow

to get more options as shown in the image below:

1. Import/Export option: Now you can access the import option from the main page itself by clicking the small arrow next to it . Check how to perform import/export here.

2. Invoice parser option : via this you can add your appsumo purchase invoice and subshero will read and add it in the system to know more about this option read PDF Parser guide.

Dashboard View :

1. Total Subs : the number of Subscription present in your database.

2. Active Subs : The number of active subs for which you will be receiving the alerts ,if any subs is under "Draft" status the active subs will not count the draft sub.

3. Monthly : Show up the amount for that particular month for eg : All the subs added in FEB 2022. &

4. Total : The over all amount calculation of the subscription.

5. Total LTD : The number of Lifetime present in your database.

6. Active LTD : The number of active lifetime , if any lifetime is under "Draft" status the active LTD will not count the draft LTD.

7. You can select from the drop-down to view your past 1 year, 2 years, 6 months, quarter chart , On hover over the chart plots it shows up with all the details like , the amount of the , the billing frequency and the product name and the folder name at the bottom.

8. You can select from the drop-down to view your past 1 year, 2 years, 6 months, quarter chart , On hover over the chart plots it shows up with all the details like , the amount of the , the billing frequency and the product name and the folder name at the bottom.

9. This Year: The calculation is only for the LTD's product which have been added in that or this particular year . For eg : In the above image the calculation for this year refers to this year 2022. & Total : The over all amount calculation of the LTD's.
